• PETER OSEI DUAH – BOARD CHAIRMAN

    Peter Osei Duah is an Actuary over 35 years of insurance industry experience and was the Managing Director of State Insurance Company of Ghana from July 2001 to July 2008.

    He is currently the Board chairman of AHI and the chairman of the board of directors for Bond Financial Services and a member of the Board of Directors of Mayfair Estates.

  • MR. KROBO EDUSEI JNR.

    Mr. Krobo Edusei Jnr. Holds a BSc degree in Economics and MBA. He is an experienced and accomplished international businessman and entrepreneur with over 35years working experience in various capacities including chief executive officer, executive director chairman in the Oil, mining and port industries in Ghana, Nigeria, and England. He has also established and headed a number of businesses including Carbon Energy Ltd, Nigeria, Carl Tiedemann Stevedoring (GH) Ltd, Safebond Company LTD, and BOND among others. Krobo Edusei Jnr is currently the group Executive Chairman of Safebond Africa Ltd. The group is the current principal operator of the Tema and Takoradi ports in Ghana with operational Offices in Sierra Leone and Liberia.

  • ISAAC KODOM-EXCUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Isaac Kodom is the group Deputy Managing Director (finance & Administration) of Safebond Africa Limited which comprises six subsidiaries in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. He is a professional chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with over 20years industry experience. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Hohenheim and currently serves on various Boards including Safebond Company Limited, Safebond car Terminal Limited, All-Time Capital Limited, Vike Limited, Central Aid (ICGC) and Acacia Health Insurance.

  • MR. GEORGE OFOSUHENE

    George Ofosuhene is the CEO of BOND, a leading non-bank financial institution in Ghana and also a member of its Board. He holds an MBA from Hull University in the UK and has 28 years’ experience in banking. He has previously worked extensively in high-level positions in three different banks in Ghana. George, first worked as an Investment Banker at Merchant Bank (Ghana) and was also the executive Director, credit&Marketing,of, of, of First Atlantic Bank where he played a colossal role in its growth and development from 1995 to 2007. He has since been the chief Executive officer of BOND, which he started from scratch.

  • MR. PETER ILLIASU

    Mr. Illiasu is a successful investment banker with a proven track in building profitable client relationships. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) from the University of Ghana and obtained an MBA (financial Resources) from the University of Hull, UK IN 1993. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and an Associate of City Banking college.

    The current CEO of ALLTIME had before then occupied key roles such as the MD of Merchant Bank Ghana, an Executive Director for Fidelity Bank Ltd and the Head of cooperate Banking at Barclays Bank.

  • DR.DAN V.ARMOOH - CHIEF EXCUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Dr. Armooh holds MBChB from KNUST, an MPH from the University of Sheffield, UK and an MBA from central University College. Having being in charge of Various Hospitals, Dr. Armooh spearheaded the growth if TMHC as head of claims and medical networking. Until joining Acacia, he was a Technical Advisor on the Maternal and Child Health Project of JHPIEGO (an international NGO affiliated with the John Hopkins University, USA)

    He leads the Acacia Health team to the delivery of quality healthcare and health insurance services to all enrollees.

  • DR.BRIGHT BAABU

    Dr. Bright Sasu Baabu is the Interim Medical director at Acacia Medical Centre, East Legon. Until recently, he was with the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. He also has previous experience as a Physician with the Ridge Hospital and the 37 Military Hospital, in Accra. A product of the Presbyterian Boy's Secondary School, Legon and the University of Ghana Medical School, Dr Baabu brings his knack for attention to detail, great communication skills and affable personality to bear on a medical practice that always puts the patient first.

    When he's not practicing, he loves to pursue his interests of health policy and health systems management, read novels, listen to country music or play scrabble.

    He's a practicing Christian and happily married.
