Under his transformative leadership, Safebond has flourished and expanded beyond its Ghanaian headquarters into Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Liberia, and São Tomé, leaving a lasting impact across the sub‑region.

Academically, Mr. Lamptey holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ghana, an MBA from Middlesex University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Mountcrest University.
